Shipping & Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery. Standard delivery is Rs. 350, and free on every order of Rs. 1,500 or more — which includes every 6-Step Glowing Facial Kit order.

If you are ordering two or three individual products, adding a fourth often costs you less overall, because it pushes the order past the free-delivery threshold. Four products at Rs. 400 come to Rs. 1,600 delivered free, while three come to Rs. 1,200 plus Rs. 350 = Rs. 1,550.
How long delivery takes
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery then takes 2–5 working days depending on your city.
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are usually at the faster end of that range.
- Smaller cities and rural addresses sit at the longer end, and can add a day or two in bad weather or around Eid.
- Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available nationwide and is how most of our customers pay. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you — nothing is charged before that. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible, as riders don't always carry change.
We ask that you accept the parcel if you ordered it. Refused COD parcels cost us the full round-trip courier charge, and repeated refusals mean we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
Tracking your order
You'll receive tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your order ships. If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours of ordering, message us on WhatsApp with your name and order number and we'll check it immediately.
Ordering on WhatsApp
You don't have to use the website. Message +92 339 9669906 with the products you want plus your name, full delivery address and phone number, and we'll confirm the order and total for you. Replies are usually within a few hours during support hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–8pm PKT).
Before your parcel arrives
- Check the packaging is sealed before paying the rider.
- If anything is damaged or wrong, photograph it and message us within 48 hours — see Returns & Replacements.
- Store your products away from direct sunlight; Pakistani summer heat shortens the life of clay and cream formulas.
