We usually reply within a few hours during support hours. Messages sent on Sundays or public holidays are answered the next working day.
Ordering on WhatsApp
Many of our customers prefer to order by message rather than through the website, and that's completely fine. Send us:
- The product or products you want
- Your full name
- Your complete delivery address, including city and area
- A phone number the courier can reach
We'll confirm your total and delivery time before anything is dispatched. Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay the rider, not us, and nothing is charged up front.
Asking about your skin
If you're not sure which product to start with, tell us your skin type (oily, dry, combination or sensitive) and your main concern — dullness, congestion, uneven tone, or general upkeep. We'll point you to the right step rather than upselling you the whole kit. If you want to read first, our guide to what each of the six steps does covers which steps matter most for each skin type.
We can also send you the full ingredient list (INCI) for any product on request. We publish these openly — if you're checking a formula against something you've reacted to before, just ask.
Order and delivery questions
We deliver across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours, delivery takes 2–5 working days, and delivery is free on orders over Rs. 1,500. Full details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
If something arrived damaged or incorrect, photograph it and message us within 48 hours — see Returns & Replacements. We replace damaged and wrong items free of charge.
