• Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it — no long forms, no drama.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned unless faulty.
• Replacements are dispatched within 24–48 hours of approval, free of charge.
