Is the Silkee Soft facial kit mercury-free? +
Yes — 100%. Every Silkee Soft formula is completely free of mercury, hydroquinone, steroids and bleach. We promote glow, not fairness.
Which skin types can use the kit? +
All Pakistani skin types — oily, dry, combination and normal. Formulas are mild and parlour-grade. Patch-test if you have very reactive skin.
How many facials does one kit give? +
Roughly 7–8 complete facials — about Rs. 280 per facial at the Rs. 2,250 launch price.
Can I buy the six products separately? +
Yes. Each product is Rs. 575 on its own — massage cream, cleanser, deep cleanser, scrub, mask and toner. All six bought separately come to Rs. 3,450; the complete kit is Rs. 2,250, which works out at Rs. 375 a product and saves you Rs. 1,200.
What does delivery cost? +
Every kit ships free. On individual products, delivery is Rs. 350 and becomes free once your order reaches Rs. 1,500 — so a single product is Rs. 925 at your door, while three products (Rs. 1,725) ship free.
How do I pay? +
Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan. You can also order via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours and arrive in 2–5 working days across Pakistan.
What if my kit arrives damaged? +
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it — no long forms, no drama.
How often should I do the facial? +
Once a week is ideal. Before a big event, do it the night before for the freshest glow.
